This error occurred because you have a requestor with the same email as you use for your <a href="https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408842868506-Adding-support-email-addresses-for-users-to-submit-tickets" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">support address</a> and Zendesk doesn't allow that. Please change the email address in your source system to one that is different from your support address.
