When uploading files via the Salesforce API, files are automatically added to the personal library of the connected import user. We cannot specify libraries during the import process.

Salesforce requires that the files must also be owned by the same user as the library owner. If they have a different owner than the owner of the private library, the file cannot be migrated. Please check your source data and ensure the files are owned by the same user as the library.
