"User must be an agent to be in a group"

This error occurs during the import of group memberships (relationships between users and groups), when Zendesk checks the user's role and if this user is an agent, Zendesk returns this error since only agents can belong to the groups. If you want the relationship between the users and groups to be migrated, please assign "agent" role to these users. Please click here to find out how you can do it.
