This error means that the data storage limit for your Salesforce organization is exceeded.
To check your storage limit in Salsforce go to: YourName--> Setup --> System overview.
To fix this error you can do one of the following:
Increase your data storage by contacting Salesforce
Delete any unneeded data to make additional room
