<a href="https://eu3.salesforce.com/help/pdfs/en/salesforce_app_limits_cheatsheet.pdf" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Salesforce allows your organization to have a maximum of 1,000 unique public tags across all users</a>. 

If you exceeded this number, you get this data validation error. There are three possible ways to fix this error:

You can delete tags manually to meet the allowed limit

We can turn off the migration of tags for this import&nbsp;
