Limitations of Light Agents in Zendesk

Light Agents do not have the same permissions as Full Agents in Zendesk. Therefore, we are limited in how we can import the data for a Light Agent:

  • Messages from Light Agents will import as internal notes

  • Tickets cannot be assigned to Light Agents, so the assignee will default to the import user. See more about how we assign record ownership here
