Errors Connecting to Zendesk

If you are receiving the following message:
"Couldn’t access your Zendesk account due to: Invalid credentials" 

Please make sure you have Zendesk access restrictions using IP addresses deactivated prior to setting up sample import with us.  There is an option to restrict specific IP addresses from accessing your Zendesk - you can find more info on that here
