Import2 does not import user data, but we do match your users by email address to assign record ownership. 

Please make sure that your users have the same emails in your source and destination tools and they will be mapped automatically. If you would like to reassign data belonging to one user in your source tool to another user in your destination tool, let us know and we will provide you with a user mapping document to fill out. 

If we do not find a match and there is no user mapping provided, we will assign the records of the user in your source tool to the person who you authenticated the destination tool with. 

If you make changes to the users in your databases and would like us to reimport the data for you, please contact us and we will take care of that for you.
