Tickets

Freshdesk API exports tickets from newest to oldest.

Archived tickets are not supported.

Messages

Attachments

Cannot import attachments to messages made by customers, due to Freshdesk API limitations.

Groups

Existing groups are checked by name for a match before importing a new group.
