You may map your mailboxes directly in your user interface.
The mapping can be set up before the sample migration but can also be adjusted in the settings tab after the sample is completed.
There are two options for mapping:
Map multiple mailboxes (by name)
Choose the source field you want use to identify the mailbox by
We use the name indicated in the source field to find the respective mailbox in your destination

Set a default mailbox for all
This will assign the mailbox you select to all migrated tickets
