Close.io's data structure requires that every Contact, Lead, and Opportunity has a parent Lead (Company).
In the case that your source database has records with no associated Company, we will automatically create a Lead (Company) record in Close.io and attach the Contact, Lead or Opportunity to it. In these cases, the Lead (Company) name will be empty.
