To obtain your API Key, follow these instructions: 

  1. Login to your Help Scout account and click on "My Profile"

2. Select "Authentication" from the menu
3. Click "Generate an API Key"

To obtain your Mailbox ID (i.e. which Mailbox you wish us to import tickets into), follow these instructions:

  1. Go to your Mailbox view, and copy the ID from the URL in your browser
