Import2 does not import user data, but we do match your users by email address to assign record ownership.
Keep in mind the following guidelines on assigning record owners during the data migration:
Users should be setup prior to starting the migration
Users should have the same name and/or email as in your source app so Import2 can find a match
If no match is found, the import user will become the default record owner
If you need to reconnect your app with a different user to become the default, please let us know and we can send you a link to do so
