Free Sample Migration

The sample migration is the first step for every data migration. It is free of charge, fully reversible and includes a sampling of each record type (i.e. accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, tasks, emails, events, attachments, notes, etc.) from your source database so you can see how your data looks in Zoho CRM.

Once we complete your sample import, we will send you an email confirmation and a prompt to review the data. You should review this sample carefully so that we may address any of your issues or concerns at this stage. To help you review your data, we provide a link to obtain the direct URL's of the sample data on your import page here.

When your sample is complete, you will be able to review the purchase options that fit your size database on your import page. If you need a customized quote, just reach out and we can discuss the options that fit your needs.

Purchasing the Full Migration

You may purchase your full import at any time via your import page.

The full import is started after we receive payment. If you'd rather schedule your import, please contact us before purchase to schedule the time and date.

We will email you when the full migration is complete. We will also notify you if there are any errors which need your attention, and have handy guides on how to solve them if you need help.
