• Due to Zoho API restrictions, we cannot set the audit fields (created date, modified date, created by, modified by) for imported Notes. 
  • We can import Attachments, with the exception of Attachments from Notes. Attachments are disabled by default, so if you need these imported, please contact us so that we can enable this for you. 
  • Emails are imported as Events, in order to retain your Email Attachments.
