What is included in my free migration?
Pipedrive sponsors migrations up to 100,000 records. If you have more than 100,000 records, we will inform you of the total record count and can provide you with a quote if you would like to proceed.
How can I add or change my field mappings?
Custom fields can be mapped automatically via our "Auto-create custom fields" feature. Otherwise, you can choose to map them individually at the end of the migration.
To add or change mappings, you will need to complete the following steps:
Undo the migration. This will remove the data that was migrated by us.
Head to your Customizations tab on your migration page and select "Customize Mappings"
Map your fields as desired
Click "Start full migration" (or "Restart sample migration" if you wish to test on a sample set of data first).
