• Due to Zoho API restrictions, we cannot set the audit fields (created date, modified date, created by, modified by) for imported Notes. 
  • We can import Attachments, with the exception of Attachments from Notes. Attachments are disabled by default, so if you need these imported, please send us a message in the chat so that we can enable this for you. 
  • Emails are imported as Events, in order to retain your Email Attachments.
