Please note, the list of all fields you can map is far greater, and can be found in the mappings step during your import.

If you have any questions on a particular mapping, feel free to chat with us and we can walk you through it!

1. The name of the card is open text, so you can import any value you want to appear here.

2. The list is a lookup field, meaning that it checks the actual lists you have setup in your Trello account. You'll want to ensure you have value(s) in your CSV column here which correspond to an actual list setup in your Trello account. Please note, this field is required to import any card into Trello!

3. Member Owner is a lookup field, which means that it will look at the users that exist in your Trello account. You must have the owner setup prior, and have their identifying information in your CSV file (like email address, or name) which matches what is in HubSpot, in order for the mapping to work

4. Label is another lookup field, meaning that it checks the actual labels you have setup in your Trello account. You'll want to ensure you have value(s) in your CSV column here which correspond to a label setup in your Trello account.

5. Due Date is a date/time field, which means that your CSV should have a valid date/time in order for the mapping to work. During the mappings step, you can select the format of the date/time in your CSV file so that is properly recognized during the import. All date/times in this column in your CSV should be in the same format.

6. Description of the card is open text, so you can import any value you want to appear here. You can even import formatted text for lists, bold, italics and more. Read here for more detail on how to do that.

7. The board is a lookup field, meaning that it checks the actual boards you have setup in your Trello account. You'll want to ensure you have value(s) in your CSV column here which correspond to an actual board setup in your Trello account. Please note, this field is required to import any card into Trello!
