When importing into Salesforce Service Cloud, we set the "Detail" ticket view with the correct timestamps/order (assuming your <a href="http://help.import2.com/tool-specific-import-export-questions/salesforce-crm/what-are-salesforce-audit-fields-and-how-can-i-enable-these" target="_blank">audit fields</a> are enabled). We do not set the ticket "Feed" - this is set by Salesforce and is not guaranteed to use the correct ordering.
