This article provides an overview of the automation options in your migration.
Automations can be found under the configuration tab of your migration page. The automations available for your import are dictated by the apps you have connected.
Please check the Automations tab to see if/what automations are supported for your migration.
Pipelines & Deal Stages
If you would like to migrate existing pipelines and/or deal stages you can enable the "Create Pipelines and Deal Stages Automatically" option. You can also choose to disable this option.
If enabled, Import2 will then automatically detect if there is an existing pipeline and/or deal stage with the same name in your new app.
If there is already one created, Import2 will not create a duplicate.
Any pipelines and stages you have already created will remain the same, and in the same order.
Custom Fields
If you would like to migrate any custom fields created in your source app you can enable the "Create and Populate Custom Fields Automatically" option. You can also choose to disable this option.
If enabled, Import2 will automatically replicate the custom fields you have currently setup and populate them in your new app.
If you have already created the custom fields with the same name, Import2 will not create a duplicate.
