If you already have a migration setup with Import2, and try to run a new one, you will receive the following error:

Please note, this occurs when you attempt to run a second migration using the same source and destination accounts as a previous migration. If you are running multiple migrations using different accounts, you will be able to proceed without issue.

If you are attempting to rerun your migration due to issues with your previous migration set up, mappings, etc., you do not need to start a new import from scratch. You may make adjustments on the settings page of your original migration, or by reaching out to our support team for assistance.

If you would like to completely cancel your previous migration, please undo the migration first, and then contact support to cancel it before starting a new migration.
