Typically this indicates that there is a problem with Google Drive connection in your Pipedrive account. 

If you already have a connection to a Google account, try to delete an existing connection and connect again.

Otherwise, In order to enable import of Google docs, your Pipedrive account should have a connection to a Google account. This can be done in Settings -> Connections -> Google Connect Now
